Refund Policy

Cancellation

Ecorfy services operate on a monthly engagement basis. Clients may cancel their engagement at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Refund eligibility

• If services have not been delivered or started, a full refund will be issued
• For partially completed work, refunds are prorated based on work delivered
• Free consultations carry no financial obligation
